Probiotics are widely used to improve health in all animals including horses and foals.

Probiotics are successfully used in humans and with most livestock species. A recent review of uses of probiotics with horses stated that they are increasingly used with horses due to the lack of negative side effects, ease of administering and relatively low cost.

Science has proven that probiotics may assist with:

  • Coat conditioning
  • Promoting a healthy gastric system
  • Promoting beneficial bacterial flora in the gut

Recommended dosage:20grams per 100Kg LWT per horse per day (approx. half a cup for a 500Kg horse)

Ingredients of Fixine:

  • Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Plantarum and Casei
  • Enterococcus Faecium
  • Bacillus Subtilis and Amyloliquefaciens
  • Saccharomyces Cerevisiae
  • Natural Carrier Agent (Sodium Aluminosilicate)
